We hope you are all planning to join us as we celebrate our 30th year this Labor Day weekend, August 29-September 1, 2025!  By popular demand, Karmiel USA will, once again, be held in Charlotte, NC.  While we have fond memories of our years at remote retreats, many of you have shared with us that Charlotte is a more convenient location.  Since we really want as many of you as possible to be able to attend, we’ve made arrangements to use Hope of Israel again this year.

We have reserved a block of hotel rooms at Home2Suites about a mile away from the dance hall.  Most rooms have 3 beds (2 queen and a pull out sofa) and can accommodate up to 6 people.  The hotel also provides breakfast.

The hotel is holding our limited block of rooms until August 9th 5:00pm EDT.  After that, they will charge market rate on any rooms still available.  (Mention “Karmiel USA” group when booking or use this link: https://group.home2suites.com/q4rlsy for special rate of $119 plus tax.)

There are also several Airbnbs nearby and other hotels, if those options better meet your needs.

Since the Hope of Israel facility is not available for our use on Saturday morning, we are adding an additional dance session on Friday afternoon at 2 pm.  We know that you all want to dance as much as you possibly can on Labor Day weekend!!  We are also changing part-time registration to allow people to register for smaller blocks of time for greater flexibility.  Please see the attached flyer for schedule and pricing details.

We are in full camp preparation mode as we eagerly review dances so that we can bring you the best selection possible this year!  Come and join us to celebrate 30 years of Karmiel USA!
